Our team will guide you through the onboarding process, including EHR integration setup, staff training, and credentialing (if needed).

Test Requisitions (Paper Orders)
If you prefer paper orders, we provide customizable lab requisition forms. Completed forms can be:
- Brought to any of our patient service centers
- Given to the patient to bring with them
- Faxed to (212) 555-0198 (please do not fax PHI without proper security)

Results Delivery
Test results are delivered according to your preference:
- Direct EHR integration: Results appear directly in your patient's chart

- Critical value calls: All critical results are called immediately, 24/7, to the ordering provider or designated backup
